Some helpful information when booking your deposition

There is a 3 hour minimum for booking a Legal Videographer.
Please allow for 30-45 minutes set up and break down time before your scheduled deposition. Someone will need to be present to open the door for your Videographer in the event that it is an early morning deposition. Every office has its differences and are unique. Having advance time will insure your deposition runs smoothly and has no lighting or technical issues from rushing. You are only billed for the actual time it takes, not the full 30-45 minutes each set up and break down.
Videographers are billed out at an hourly rate in 15 minute increments rounded up to your advantage. We allow for 30 minute lunch credit however anything over that your Legal Videographer is on the clock.
Videographers are equipped to supply court reporters with old style analogue audio tapes however we stress that court reporters know that with the archaic nature of analogue audio tape and its problems melding with our videographers newer technology that it is important they provide their own recording devices and or digital recording that can be plugged into the videographers mixing board.
Billing is 15 days from receipt of invoice. We understand the nature of the business and if you need or require more time please notify our billing department and we can accommodate you. On larger jobs and at our discretion we can and have been known to defer bills after the settlement.

Cancelation Policies

All depositions require 24 hrs notice of cancelation.
Cancelations made after 24 hours will be charged at $55.00
No-Show / Deponent does not appear and videographer has set up you will be charged a minimum of $150.00 in addition to any parking fees.
No-Show / Deponent does not appear, videographer is set and waiting over 30 minutes you will be billed for the 3 Hr minimum.
